William Harper Bill is a nationally recognized Certified Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been certified since 1986. He is certified in Minnesota as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and was recognized as a "Leading Attorney" in Minnesota by the American Research Corporation. Bill has also been named a Minnesota "Super Lawyer" by the publication Minnesota Law & Politics since inception of the honor 10 years ago and in each of those years up to and including the present.

Bill is actively involved in the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, a group dedicated to the legal rights of individual, and he served as President of the Association in 1998-99. Paul D. Peterson Paul is certified in Minnesota as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and is a member of the Academy of Certified Trial Lawyers. He was named a "Rising Star" in 1998 by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine and a Minnesota "Super Lawyer" in each of the years since then by the same publication.
